Located just 35 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, Springfield Rise is a landmark Lendlease community in one of South East Queensland’s fastest-growing corridors. This master planned precinct has rapidly evolved into a thriving residential hub, now home to over 12,000 residents across 4,000 homes.
Botton+Gardiner proudly supported the vision for Springfield Rise by supplying a full suite of outdoor furniture across all parks and recreational areas within the development’s 23 villages. From intimate play spaces to expansive district parks, our products have helped shape a cohesive public realm focused on connection, community, and outdoor living.
Delivered over a four-year lifecycle, the project saw close collaboration between Botton + Gardiner, Vee Design, Lendlease, and Eureka Landscapes. Together, we developed flexible solutions that responded to the individual character of each village while maintaining consistency across the broader master plan. This included customising standard offerings—such as applying Alugrain finishes to the Prospect range and introducing new formats like the Prospect Kids Truss Table—to align with site-specific briefs.
Key products featured throughout the development include the Prospect Seats and Benches (in both Truss and Block styles), the Prospect Drinking Fountain, Maitland Bins, and more. These elements support both functional needs and a unified design language across the community’s open spaces.
Flagship destinations such as Silver Jubilee Park and the soon-to-be-opened Mountain Park embody the project’s commitment to activating green space through inclusive, multi-functional design. Both parks are now in contention for AILA awards, recognising their role in creating meaningful, engaging public places.
